Sjors Widdershoven joined our firm as a lawyer in 2019. Within our firm he works in the real estate practice, with an emphasis on construction law, rental law and seizure and foreclosure law.

Sjors advises and assists businesses, (semi-)public authorities and private individuals in drafting agreements and assists them with construction projects. In addition, Sjors regularly litigates in both the regular courts and the Arbitration Board for the Construction Industry on various liability issues within real estate law, including, for example, disputes between contractors and subcontractors or clients, apartment owners and sometimes even neighbors.

Sjors studied Dutch law at Maastricht University and business law at Tilburg University. He also successfully completed the Real Estate specialization course at the Grotius Academy in 2023. Sjors is a member of the Association of Collection and Litigation Lawyers (VIA), the Construction Law Association (VBR) and prospective member of the Construction Lawyers Association (VBR-A).
