Inge Mol has been an associate at our firm since December 2017 and was sworn in as a lawyer in 2018. She previously worked as a litigation lawyer for legal expenses insurers and as an in-house legal expert for a financial institution.
Her primary role at our firm is in corporate law practice, with a particular focus on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. For the most part, Inge advises business clients on joint ventures, business acquisitions, and corporate law contracts and disputes.
Inge studied Dutch law at Maastricht University and completed a Master’s degree in criminal law, commercial law, and business law. In 2021, Inge also successfully completed a specialist legal course in financial and economic criminal law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in order to expand the range of viewpoints from which she can advise businesses.
